Our in-person workshops address this directly. We focus on the specific communication challenges that arise in Argentine real estate: explaining payment structures, describing trust arrangements, and presenting project economics in accessible terms.
These are not financial training sessions. We don't teach financial analysis or investment evaluation. We teach communication skills for financial topics.
What the training covers

Understanding your audience
How to identify what your audience already knows, what they need to know, and what they're worried about. The foundation of effective financial communication.
Explaining payment structures
How to describe peso-indexed payments, UVA adjustments, and construction-phase installment plans in terms that buyers can evaluate without specialist knowledge.
Describing trust structures
Fideicomisos are central to Argentine real estate finance but poorly understood by most buyers. This module focuses on how to explain them accurately without legal jargon.
Handling difficult questions
What to say when buyers ask about currency risk, project delays, or market conditions. How to respond informatively without making promises or recommendations.
Written materials review
Participants bring their own project materials — brochures, presentations, term sheets — and work through how to improve their clarity for non-specialist readers.
How the workshops run
Group size
Sessions run with groups of 6 to 18 participants to allow for meaningful discussion and individual attention.
Duration
Full-day sessions covering the complete program, or half-day sessions focused on specific modules.
Location
Workshops are held at your premises or at a suitable venue. We travel to client locations across Argentina.
Materials
Each participant receives a printed reference guide and a set of communication templates adapted for real estate finance.
